This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Backshop stores and for Backshop subscription services.
All product purchases made through Backshop stores are transactions between the vendor and the customer.
Backshop does not manufacture, sell, store, or deliver products listed by vendors.
Therefore:
Backshop may assist in communication between vendors and customers but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of vendors.
Backshop may charge vendors subscription fees for access to certain features of the platform.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This is because subscription fees grant access to digital platform services immediately upon activation.
If a vendor believes they were charged incorrectly, they must contact Backshop support within 7 days of the transaction.
Backshop will review the request and may issue a refund if an error is confirmed.
Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time.
However:
Payments made through third-party providers such as Paystack are also subject to the policies and terms of those payment providers.
