Vendors are solely responsible for:
Backshop acts only as a technology platform.
All transactions made through Backshop stores occur between the vendor and the customer.
Backshop is not responsible for:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login information.
Backshop may suspend accounts that violate platform rules.
Backshop aims to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Backshop’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Backshop in the previous 12 months.
Backshop is a technology platform that enables independent vendors to sell products and services.
Backshop is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or owner of products listed by vendors.
Backshop does not guarantee:
All transactions occur directly between the vendor and the customer.
Backshop may offer paid subscription plans for access to certain platform features.
Subscriptions may be paid through:
By subscribing to a paid plan, vendors agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
Backshop may update subscription pricing from time to time. Vendors will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.
Payments processed through third-party providers are subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Backshop does not store or process card details directly.
